The theme is "Encounters."This dinner course expresses the idea that connections can be made through various encounters, such as with ingredients, people, things, and the interplay of Japanese and Western cuisine.Our premium course features upgraded ingredients compared to our standard course.In addition to upgrading the quality and variety of ingredients for our sashimi, we've created a luxurious and exquisite meat dish using the local brand "Himeji Wagyu."
